Nj\u00eb jav\u00eb para p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb afatit kur parlamenti duhet ta zgjedh\u00eb presidentin e vendit, Kosova duket se po shkon drejt\u00a0zgjedhjeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Dy partit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha opozitare, Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs (PDK) dhe Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs (LDK), me t\u00eb cilat kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs,\u00a0Albin Kurti, zhvilloi bisedime p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e presidentit, thon\u00eb se tashm\u00eb kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbyllur, s’ka marr\u00ebveshje me liderin e partis\u00eb fituese, Vet\u00ebvendosja, Albin Kurti.<\/p>

Kryeministri t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn, m\u00eb 20.04, pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ujdie me kreun e LDK-s\u00eb, Lumir Abdixhiku, tha se kreu i LDK-s\u00eb ka refuzuar t\u00eb gjitha ofertat q\u00eb ia ka b\u00ebr\u00eb, duke shpalosur k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb publikisht se \u00e7ka i ka ofruar LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Oferta p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Ne ofruam q\u00eb LDK-ja n\u00eb bashk\u00ebqeverisje me L\u00ebvizjen Vet\u00ebvendosje dhe partner\u00ebt tjer\u00eb ta ket\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrin, Ministrin\u00eb e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme dhe tri ministri t\u00eb tjera. Kam preferuar q\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeminist\u00ebr i imi t\u00eb b\u00ebhet Abdixhiku dhe t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb nj\u00eb kapitull t\u00eb ri\u201d, deklaroi Kurti, duke shtuar se LDK-s\u00eb i ofroi edhe postin e kryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por ata refuzuan.<\/p>\n

Pas refuzimit nga ana e LDK-s\u00eb, sipas Kurtit,\u00a0Kosova po shkon drejt zgjedhjeve, t\u00eb cilat ai i ka quajtur t\u00eb panevojshme.<\/p>\n

“N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb Kosova po shkon drejt zgjedhjeve t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb panevojshme, q\u00eb i humbin koh\u00eb shtetit dhe buxhetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mjete. S\u00eb paku 10 milion\u00eb euro kushtojn\u00eb zgjedhjet e reja dhe nuk do t\u00eb sjellin zgjidhje sepse nuk do ta kemi numrin prej 80 deputet\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb kuorumin. \u00cbsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqemi m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb refuzohet oferta jon\u00eb p\u00ebr qeverisje\u201d, deklaroi Kurti.<\/p>\n

Kryetari i LDK-s\u00eb, Lumir Abdixhiku, nga ana e tij tha se ai nuk i ka pranuar ofertat e Kurtit pasi konsideron q\u00eb presidenti nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb, si\u00e7 shprehet, “zgjatim i qeveris\u00eb\u201d, sikund\u00ebr q\u00eb nj\u00eb parti, “duke iu referuar Vet\u00ebvendosjes\u201d, nuk mund t’i udh\u00ebheq\u00eb tri institucionet kryesore n\u00eb vend, Kuvendin, Qeverin\u00eb dhe Presidenc\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

“Nuk kemi k\u00ebrkuar asnj\u00eb pozicion p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb e as p\u00ebr mua dhe me kaq n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana LDK nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. LDK-ja e l\u00eb t\u00eb hapur diskutimin me partit\u00eb tjera. Nuk kemi d\u00ebgjuar asnj\u00eb propozim tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb presidenti t\u00eb jet\u00eb i Vet\u00ebvendosjes. LDK-ja e konsideron k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb mbyllur q\u00eb nga ky moment. Do t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi gati p\u00ebr skenarin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq, m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb pakuptuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme\u201d, tha Abdixhiku.<\/p>\n

Mesazh p\u00ebr PDK-n\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pas d\u00ebshtimit q\u00eb t\u00eb arrij\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me LDK-n\u00eb, Kurti tha se i ka d\u00ebrguar mesazh edhe kreut t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Bedri Hamza, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00ebse edhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb parti mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e presidentit, duke mos shpalosur ofert\u00ebn e tij. PDK, n\u00eb or\u00ebt e pasdites, mblodhi K\u00ebshillin Drejtues t\u00eb Partis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb or\u00eb diskutimesh, kjo parti tha se “e konsideron t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllur kontributin e saj p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit\u201d.<\/p>\n

“PDK ka d\u00ebshmuar gatishm\u00ebri t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb zgjedhjen e Presidentit t\u00eb ri dhe n\u00eb zhbllokimin e situat\u00ebs, duke mb\u00ebshtetur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb kandidati konsensual, pa asnj\u00eb kusht\u00ebzim apo k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb bashk\u00ebqeverisje. P\u00ebr PDK-n\u00eb, stabiliteti institucional ka qen\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje parimore dhe e interesit shtet\u00ebror, e jo objekt i negocimit politik. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj qasjeje konstruktive, mungesa e vullnetit politik dhe seriozitetit institucional nga ana e pushtetit aktual po e pamund\u00ebson p\u00ebrs\u00ebri zgjedhjen e Presidentit t\u00eb ri. Rrjedhimisht, PDK e konsideron t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllur kontributin e saj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces\u201d, thuhet nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e PDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej thuhet se kjo parti vler\u00ebson se “Kosova po p\u00ebrballet me kriza t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme politike dhe institucionale, t\u00eb shkaktuara drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga shumica parlamentare, e cila p\u00ebrmes bllokadave t\u00eb vazhdueshme dhe munges\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore po e paralizon funksionimin normal t\u00eb institucioneve, po i politizon ato dhe po e d\u00ebmton interesin qytetar e shtet\u00ebror\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kriza t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme politike<\/strong><\/p>\n

M\u00eb dat\u00eb 28 prill, p\u00ebrfundon afati i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Gjykata Kushtetuese p\u00ebr ta zgjedhur presidentin e Kosov\u00ebs dhe pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij afati, automatikisht shp\u00ebrb\u00ebhet parlamenti dhe\u00a0zgjedhjet e jasht\u00ebzakonshme\u00a0duhet t\u00eb mbahen brenda 45 dit\u00ebve. Presidenti i Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs, zgjidhet me dy t\u00eb tretat e votave n\u00eb dy rundet e para apo me 61 vota n\u00eb rundin e tret\u00eb, por nevojiten 80 deputet\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb sall\u00eb q\u00eb seanca t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbahet.<\/p>\n

L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, me partner\u00ebt n\u00eb qeverisje, pakicat jo serbe, ka vet\u00ebm 66 ul\u00ebse n\u00eb kuvend, nga 120 vende sa i ka parlamenti i Kosov\u00ebs. Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb\u00a0Vjosa Osmanitsi presidente dhe d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb kuvendit q\u00eb ta zgjedh\u00eb presidenten\/in e ri, m\u00eb 4 prill, sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs, ushtruese e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentes u em\u00ebrua kryetarja e kuvendit, Albulena Haxhiu, e cila nuk mund ta ushtroj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb post m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjasht\u00eb muaj. Vet\u00eb Haxhiu, e cila vjen nga L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, disa her\u00eb u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje partive politike p\u00ebr arritjen e nj\u00eb konsensusi p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se vendi nuk duhet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb reja t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme.\/DW<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
